FEES

The State of California provides for a fee of $10.00 per notarized signature.

TRAVELING NOTARY SERVICE AND/OR
        AFTER NORMAL BUSINESS HOURS

Being a Certified Mobile Notary Public, if you require my services outside of my office or after normal business hours, I will travel to your location such as your home, office, hospital, nursing home, restaurant or other convenient place.

The cost for traveling notary service varies depending on the distance to travel and/ of special circumstances such as unusual wait times.  As a general rule the charge for traveling  service in the greater San Fernando Valley is $65.00. This is in addition to the notary fees stated above.

I am not an attorney and state law prohibits me from giving legal advice or from practicing law.

I am not allowed to fill out forms and it is the responsibility of the client to have the documents properly filled out.  For your protection as well as mine I will not notarize documents which are blank or where critical information is missing.

Proper identification is required for any signature notarization.  A current drivers license or passport is acceptable if current.  A Social Security card is not acceptable.  Other forms of identification may be acceptable in accordance with state law.
